LAURA’S GRANOLA, YOGHURT, FRUITS

If you have had Laura’s granola, you know whats up – here’s how.

INGREDIENTS:

450 gram rolled oats

120 gram sunflower seeds

120 gram pumpkin seeds

120 gram sesame seeds

200 gram apple sauce

3 tsp cinnamon

1 1/2 tsp ginger

150 gram golden syrup

6 tbs honey

120 gram brown sugar

250 gram whole almonds

1 1/2 tsp salt

3 tbs oil

300 gram currants

100 gram dried cranberries

100 gram hazelnuts

100 gram coconut

1 x St David’s dairy Yoghurt w panela

Assorted fresh fruits – you choose!

 

METHOD:

 

Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees.

Mix all ingredients except the yoghurt and fresh fruits together in a large bowl and then place onto a baking tray (or trays).  Place trays in oven and bake until golden brown.  You will need to check every ten minutes or so, turning the trays, and even mixing the ingredients so as to get a consistent golden throughout the mix.

Will make around 2 kilo’s of granola.

Simply take your granola, spoon St David’s dairy yoghurt with panela on top, cut some fresh fruit and add in and your done!
