Our Granola is made in house (of course) by Laura and involves a lot of roasting, toasting, spicing and drizzling to get the perfect golden brown, crunchy deliciousness it is known for.
Add to that fresh seasonal fruits, lemon curd and edible flowers from our backyard and your morning go-getter breakfast is set!

Phillip Lobley made this one under his verandah. Apparently its full of cosmic rays and solar flare energy. Whatever is fueling it is working because its a cracker of a skin contact pinot gris. Its funky, fruity, high vibing and fun.
Only 25 cases made in total - its hard to herd cats I hear.

Avocado on toast (ish).
New menu item here and this guy has some beautiful complex flavours going on.
The tempura avo is crunchy on the outside, yet soft and buttery on the inside. The mushrooms have a rich umami flavour from the miso and the macadamia cream brings a little nutty tang. Pickled beetroot for a dash of acidity and sweetness as a foil against the mushrooms and you have a wonderfully balanced dish.
Hope you enjoy it as much as I do

Stuart Dudine is the man behind the Alkimi label, and they are all punching well above their weight. This marsanne has a fantastic balance between its natural tendency to be broad, generous and ripe and the desire to bring it all back into heel with some natural acidity and freshness. Lots of that almond meal and marzipan character, big strokes of pear and cooked apple, and then some good flinty aromas bringing some freshness. Palate is similarly balanced with palate weight up front and good zing towards the end.
Bit of a thinkers wine, would go great with salmon and grapefruit ceviche.
