Tre Sang Merlot Cab 2015
‘TRE’ represents the three red varietals, a coming together of the D’Aloisio family heritage across three generations of winemakers and our vineyards. 70% Sangiovese – 20% Merlot – 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Hand harvested and fermented separately then was pressed to French oak barrels (30% new) for up to 4 years. Blended prior to bottling, this is a wine to savour, but most importantly it is to be enjoyed with food, family and friends.
