This medium bodied wine was crafted from premium, handpicked Sangiovese grapes sourced from the Yarra Valley wine region. This batch of grapes was first destemmed, then left on skins for two weeks before pressing. Finally, it was aged for 10 months in mature French oak barrels before bottling.
