Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Expressive scents of ripe peach, dried honey and cashew are followed by some nougat, hints of crème brulee and spice. Beautifully refined the mid weighted palate features white peach, nectarine and cashew flavours over a back drop of dried honey and biscuity nougat characters. Gently creamy yet elegant mouthfeel concluding medium to long with a nicely balanced freshness. Drink over the next 5-6 years.
