Our 2016 Six Acres Spectrum “Exposed” Chardonnay is a nod to the great oxidative wine style of Jura, the antithesis of the searing reductive current day chardonnays. The chardonnay was fermented on full solids in two old puncheons, left un-topped for 22 months, giving it complexity and amazing depth! Nutty, honeyed, crisp and dry – a must try!
