Overview: Luscious, mineral, fine and textural. Winemaking: 36 hours pre-ferment skin contact; 100% seasoned barrel indigenous ferment. Aroma: Complex aromas of nachi pear, guava, green melon, spearmint, white flowers and hints of almond meal. Super pure with chalk and slatey mineral tones. Palate: It’s light to medium bodied with a lovely mineral presence. Luscious and balanced mouthfeel with flavours of pear and green melon. Finishes with a gentle chalky phenolic grip….. perfect food wine!
