Deconstructed Old School Aussie Chard – Reconstructed for our time. Like a wife; Complex, brooding and you need to think about how you got involved in it, yet it’s obvious why you keep going back for more. The flinty, gunsmoke characters are subtle this vintage. We ran the ferment a little hotter and stirred the lees more. aged in old Oak. Malolactic ferment. Dough, toast and cream notes, The palate has a texture and mid palate weight with a bright, zesty finish.
