Description
Harvest arrived quickly in the early autumn of 2019 following a string of warm weather, with the Shiraz fruit hand-picked for this wine on March 7th, 2019. 80% whole bunch, 20% de-stemmed. Pressed to 3 year old oak barrels for 24 months prior to bottling. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal SO2.
