Hand-picked on 15-4-2020 ‘Yarraland’ Single vineyard, from the lower Yarra Valley Partially de-stemmed, 50% whole bunch fermentation and pressed to glass demijohn and old oak. Bottled unfined and unfiltered minimal sulphites added
