Liquified Art by Bec Gilbert

My name is Bec Gilbert and I am a local mother of two, owner of Liquified Art and what i like to call, an opportunist artist. (Sneaking time to myself to paint at nap times and during half an hour of playschool is my game.) Creating canvas art and teaching my craft to students of all ages in the form of workshops is my passion and absolute true calling. My artworks are definite talking points. This art style is called Fluid Art or Acrylic Pouring, it is a mixture of science and pure colour mixing magic. They are a mixed media work, with high gloss varnish on canvas, framed. The paint and curing process takes 8-12 weeks  before getting to the finished & framed product that you see here. These are the perfect works for your home or office. Suiting any interior and style, they can be easily merged into any palette or added as accents to your space.

I specialise in Fluid Art workshops. Come to us in Yarra Glen for a gorgeous drive through the rolling hills of the Yarra Valley and a morning of art you wont forget.  Alternatively, host a party and we can come to you.

Our “Sip and Pour” in home workshops are the perfect way to enjoy a fun night in with friends, some nibbles and drinks in an intimate setting of your choice, while an experienced tutor guides you through the process to create two 8 X 10 canvasmasterpieces for you to take home. Perfect for up to 10 adults. Zero art experience necessary. Children under 18 years old are welcome with an attending adult.

We also host Hens nights, Team building days and school/kinder incursions. Commissioned Artwork canvases, jewellery and blank greeting cards also available.
