The Chardonnay hails from the cool-climate vineyards of Yea Valley in Victoria’s Upper Goulburn region, which was matured in seasoned French oak barriques for 12 months. The W.S. was created from a single barrel that stood out. With its ample weight and richness, it unveils layers of stone fruit, nectarine, citrus, and melon flavours, promising graceful evolution with age.
