DCB pinot noir 2021
Semi translucent slightly cloudy red colour with a light red hue. Perfumed like aromatics of violets, red cherries and strawberries meld into forest floor, fresh herb and spicy cedar notes. Light in body and possessing a vibrant feel, elegant red cherry and winter strawberry flavours decorate the palate underscored by subtle forest floor, infusions of fresh herbs and spicy cedar. Polished tannins. Finishes very fresh with crunchy like acidity and a bright aftertaste. Drink over the next 4-5 years.
