DCB Chardonnay 2022
A second vintage from this site for the 2022 vintage, this wine was made from an East facing slope in the Upper Yarra. 26 year old vines from Gladysdale provide the backbone of this wine which was picked on the 12/3/21, pressed to tank for 24 hours and then racked to barrel on full solids.
