Chum Creek Coffee

Roundbirds house coffee is Yarra Valleys Chum Creek. We use the 443 blend - A blend of beans from Brasil, Fazenda Bom Jésus; India, Thalanar Estate, Elephant Hills; Ethiopia, Biftu Gudina, Limmu Woreda and Rwanda, Nyungwe.

This coffee has a rich and well rounded body with a balanced palate, upfront sweetness leads to flavours of cocoa, caramel, spice and red fruits. A coffee with a delicious aroma, a smooth creamy mouthfeel and a clean lingering finish.

Blend 443 won Bronze Medals at the 2013 Australian International Coffee Competition and the 2014 Golden Bean.
